Hailing from Erie, Pennsylvania, Gene Senger has a Masters Degree in Finance from the University of Rochester, and has worked for well known enterprises such as Price Waterhouse, Johnson & Johnson,  and Raymond James Financial. His success in business has been based on the strong relationships and trust he has established with his clients.

Susan grew up in Buffalo, New York as the eldest of seven children. She had a successful career in sales before joining the non-profit sector. She has focused her work on childrens' charities such as the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Eckerd Youth Alternatives. Her experience as Development Director taught her the strengths needed to be successful in Real Estate. Trust and integrity are important values. Susan and Gene have lived in the Palm Harbor, Florida area for almost 20 years.

They have 4 children, and 5 beautiful grandchildren. They volunteer with the Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce, Oldsmar Chamber of Commerce, All Children's Hospital and the Palm Harbor YMCA..
